TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL LOGIN INTO SAFETYSTRATEGY
If you experience difficulty logging in to SafetyStrategy, review and try these useful suggestions before contacting technical suport.

Case Sensitivity
All data entered into SafetyStrategy is case sensitive. If you mistakenly enter your password with the Caps Lock engaged on your keyboard, and your password is all lowercase, you won't get in, and will be re-routed to the login page when you click the "Submit" button. So, the answer is to pay careful attention to the case of your login ID and password when typing.

Attention to Syntax
Review all syntax carefully for both your login ID and your password. Pay close attention to each character to make sure there are no mistyped words.

Expired Password
If your password was reset or if this is your first time logging in to the SafetyStrategy 2.0 System, your password may be expired. In the case, you will be prompted to enter a new password and then verify it. Once you do that you should not encounter any problems using that new password going forward. SafetyStrategy 2.0 includes many security enhancements and for that reason your password may have been expired. That is to allow you to select a new password that will be stored under greatly-enhanced security policies.

New Username
You may have been notified by the SafetyStrategy 2.0 System, that you received a new username. This was due to enhanced security policies guaranteeing the integrity of every username. If this is your first time visiting SafetyStrategy since you received that notification, simply enter your new username instead of your former one. Then enter your current password. After that, change your password if prompted to do so (see Expired Password, above). Once you are logged in with your new username and password, you may elect to select a different and/or shorter username altogether to use. Simply navigate to login info under the admin menu after you are logged in and then follow the instructions.

Reset Password
If you have forgotten your password or are having any general problems with login despite review the above steps/ suggestions, you may request a password reset by clicking on the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login page and following the instructions. An email will be sent to your email address containing a new temporary password.
